Arrival Time
Our cleaning appointments come with an estimated arrival window rather than an exact time. We provide a one-hour window to accommodate potential delays due to traffic, weather, additional requested services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling within our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). If a scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled or canceled within this timeframe, a 50% fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies.

Home Access
If our team arrives and is unable to access the home due to a locked door, missing key/code, or any other reason preventing the cleaning, a 50% fee may be applied. Our cleaners are compensated hourly, and this fee helps cover operational costs. Many of our clients provide a key or access code, a responsibility we take very seriously.

Assigned Cleaner
We strive to assign the same cleaner for your home each visit. However, due to illness, vacation, personal emergencies, or scheduling adjustments, another trained team member may be assigned. If a permanent change is necessary, your new cleaner will follow your customized cleaning plan.

Cleaning Process
For optimal results, we recommend minimizing foot traffic and keeping pets away during the cleaning process. Our team cannot clean actively used areas, such as a kitchen while someone is cooking. Floors should remain untouched until fully dry to maintain a spotless finish.

Preparation
To ensure an efficient cleaning process, please declutter surfaces and store away personal or fragile items. If you have high-value or sentimental objects, kindly inform us so we can take extra care or avoid handling them altogether. While our cleaners are trained to be extremely careful, accidents can happen.

Safety & Physical Limits
For safety reasons, our cleaners do not lift objects over 20 lbs. Heavy furniture will not be moved, but we ensure all visible areas are thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, our team does not climb higher than a two-step stool. For hard-to-reach areas, we use extended dusters. If your home has particularly high fixtures, you are welcome to provide a longer duster for use during cleanings.

Photos
Clean N Care may take before-and-after pictures of the cleaning process. These photos serve as documentation to protect both our clients and our team regarding service quality, misplaced items, or damage concerns. We guarantee that no personal identification information will ever be photographed.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have any concerns about your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos to support your claim. We will honor our satisfaction policy by sending our team back to address any missed areas within five business days. After this period, the home will no longer be eligible for a touch-up, and full payment for the service will be expected.

Our Guarantee
If for any reason you aren’t happy with our cleaning services, please contact us. We will come back and clean the specific areas that didn’t meet your expectations. In case you need a special cleaning service, we are happy to fulfill every request in order to exceed your expectations.

 
Personalized Service
We customize your cleaning services for your needs, taking details like allergies and cleaning product preferences into account. Partial  cleanings, if your house is not used at all, we can adapt the cleaning to areas that really need to be cleaned and are used frequently.
